Need some direction? Welcome to our entry level program. You will get the same personalized attention that the higher end programs provide at a much more cost effective rate. You will be assigned one of our qualified Fitness Professionals who will personally guide you to your fitness goals. Together you will establish goals that are safe, attainable, challenging and specific to your wants and needs.

You will report each week, Monday by noon MST, to your Fitness Professional, on meal plan compliance, cardio routine, resistance program as well as current measurements and any issues that may arise. Your program will then be progressed based upon your weekly results.
